Late summer with Jeong Kwan Seunim / Niigata, Japan


A collaboration with Jeong Kwan Seunim (world reknown Korean Buddhist nun & chef) and Keiko Kuwakino (head chef of Satoyama Jujo), held in a temple in the foothills of Niigata. I led recipe & menu development, and project managed for the one time event in celebration of Japan’s annual Hanabi summer festival.
